Yoga can be an enjoyable regular activity to help keep your body healthy and your mind at peace. The best way to get started if you have very
little knowledge or experience with yoga is to attend the Sunday Adult Beginner Session (1:45-2:45 pm). The vast majority of individuals, couples, and families who attend yoga class sessions at Collierville Yoga have never attended a yoga class before or have very limited experience. Heidi Smith will guide the class through the basic yoga postures, yoga styles taught at our studio (Ashtanga, Yin, Vinyasa) and
highlight other aspects of yoga and the lifelong benefits that a regular yoga practice provides. Week to week you can ask questions and learn
how to make yoga work for you! This series is great for someone with no experience in yoga! You will gain an understanding of the different styles of yoga, how yoga can benefit your health and improve your peace of mind. All ages welcome. She will recommend the best sessions on our weekly schedule that will suit your current abilities and personal goals. If you are ready to commit to a regular practice, we offer a 45 Day Unlimited Session Card for only $129. Attend ANY and as many sessions as you want during the 45 day period.
Collierville Yoga offers classes in the mornings and early evenings seven days a week. If you are unsure of which sessions are suited best for you, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. The most important choice you have is to commit to attend a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week. We find that the frequency in attendance is the best predictor of improved health and a greater sense of calm on a daily basis! Pre-booking for your weekly sessions is recommended and appreciated but not required.
